When and Where is the College Basketball Crown? 

The inaugural College Basketball Crown will take place in Las Vegas from Monday, March 31 to Sunday, April 6. Games will be held at two iconic venues: the MGM Grand Garden Arena and the T-Mobile Arena. Both venues have welcomed college basketball games in the past, including the Pac-12 Conference men’s basketball tournament. How are Teams Selected? 

Teams that do not secure a spot in the NCAA tournament will have a chance to compete in the College Basketball Crown. Each of the Big Ten, Big 12, and Big East conferences will receive two automatic entries into the tournament. The remaining 10 spots will be filled with at-large selections made by a committee that evaluates teams based on their performance during the regular season. 

The selection process for the CBC will follow Selection Sunday for March Madness, which is scheduled for Sunday, March 16. Once the NCAA tournament bracket is revealed, the CBC will release its 16-team bracket shortly after.
