Majestic Theatre San Antonio
San Antonio’s Majestic Theatre first opened in the late 1920s and has since established itself as one of southern Texas’ best sites to catch live theater and concerts. All manner of productions and performers have graced the Majestic Theatre stage over the decades, from Broadway musicals like Fiddler on the Roof and Million Dollar Quartet to A-list musicians like Diana Ross and Texas native Willie Nelson.
If you’re all ready to choose a performance, view the schedule of Majestic Theatre San Antonio upcoming events. Otherwise, continue reading this guide for tips on which seats you’ll want when you see the next show at the Majestic.
Majestic Theatre San Antonio Seating Chart
The Majestic Theatre San Antonio seating chart holds just over 2,300 seats for concert and theater attendees. The seating layout and availability is subject to change depending on the event, but the main levels of the theater, displayed in the image below, largely remain the same for each show. This includes the large Orchestra Level on the main floor, as well as elevated boxes, suites, and Mezzanine and Balcony Levels.
Majestic Theatre San Antonio Orchestra Seating Views
From the closer seats in the Majestic Theatre Orchestra, you’ll be able to see everything on stage. If you want to see every detail of the performance, these seats nearest to the stage will be your best bet.
The Orchestra Level stretches all the way to the rear of the theater, so seats in the far rows will likely have a less clear view of the stage. However, the Orchestra is still a prime location for those who want to be on the same level as the performers and the stage.
Majestic Theatre San Antonio Mezzanine Seating Views
The central seating area in the Majestic Theatre San Antonio is the Mezzanine Level. Some theatergoers prefer these elevated seats since you’ll get an aerial view of the stage, as you can see in the photo embedded below.
Majestic Theatre San Antonio Balcony Seating Views
From the balcony, the highest area on the Majestic Theatre San Antonio seating chart, you’ll be able to get a sweeping view of the venue. Because this theater is relatively small, you shouldn’t have a hard time getting seats that feel close to the stage, even in the Balcony Level.
