These Terms, the Vivid Seats LLC (“Vivid Seats”) Terms of Use (including an arbitration and dispute resolution provision) apply to your participation in the Vivid Seats text message program. Participation in the program consists of receiving one (1) transactional text message from Vivid Seats per order which provides the order number and instructions on how to find the status of your order on the Vivid Seats app.
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your pricing plan and the charges for receiving text messages. You are solely responsible for any costs related to or associated with receiving text messages.
Not all mobile devices may be supported, and our text messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Vivid Seats, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the text message program (“the Released Parties”) are not liable and you release all Released Parties from all liability, including for delayed or undelivered text messages. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile phone number that you provide to Vivid Seats and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vivid Seats for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your breach of this representation including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).
