“Vivid Seats Gives Back” Offers Fans the Opportunity to Aid Music Industry Through COVID-19 Relief Fund
Vivid Seats is proud to announce our support for The Recording Academy® and its affiliated charitable foundation MusiCares® to benefit their COVID-19 Relief Fund – which helps people in the music industry affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and subsequent cancellation of multiple music events. For every Vivid Seats gift card purchased, Vivid Seats will donate an extra 10% of the gift card total to the fund.
Administered through MusiCares, the COVID-19 Fund will be used to directly support those in the music community with the greatest need.
"The coronavirus has impacted most walks of life, with the joy of live events being among the most catastrophically impacted. In these trying times, Vivid Seats wants to do our small part to support the creators and industry professionals affected by the pandemic – they are vital in bringing to life those events that are currently missed by millions and millions of fans globally," said Vivid Seats CEO Stan Chia.
In this limited time offer, Vivid Seats customers will receive an extra 10% credit for the value of their gift card purchases – available at any price range. With each gift card purchase, Vivid Seats will also donate 10% of that purchase to benefit the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund – that way, fans can give back and save for the return of live events down the road.
