On-Site Services (OSS) are like our normal Special Delivery service, but with OSS, we send a dedicated team of our staff members to personally distribute any tickets that need to be picked up on the days leading up to the event. And yes, we can even help your bestie who waited to purchase their tickets last-minute!

This not only ensures timely delivery, but it calls for what matters most to you: secure tickets! Whether you're out having festival fun or at a high-profile golf tournament, Vivid Seats has you covered!

You will receive a series of emails with updates in the month leading up to your event to ensure a seamless process. We want you to be excited for your event, not worrying about your tickets. The pickup location will always be within close proximity to the venue and we guarantee that you will receive your order prior to the event start time.
