Located right off the banks of the Penobscot River, Darling's Waterfront Pavilion is an open-air amphitheater with a capacity of up to 16,000 fans. Each year, this spacious venue is reconstructed in Waterfront Park to host concerts from a series of popular musicians. In 2014, visit the community in Bangor, Maine, on August 31 for a concert by Jason Aldean with Florida Georgia Line.

Depending on the performance, the Darling's Waterfront Pavilion may adjust the number of available sections. Typically, there will always be a general admission lawn area furthest from the stage. The reserved seating is the area next closest to the stage, but the number of the reserved sections can range anywhere from five to 12. Typically, lower numbered sections will be nearer to the stage. If the artist offers a general admission pit section, this will be located directly in front of the stage.
